JD truly went above and beyond for my family during an extremely stressful situation. Over a holiday weekend when our AC stopped functioning properly and my apartment reached unsafe temperatures with 4 small children in the home, he stepped in purely out of kindness and genuine care. He was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while helping troubleshoot and improve the situation when we genuinely didn’t know what we were going to do. Good people are rare, and JD is absolutely one of them. I cannot thank him enough for the kindness, urgency, and humanity he showed my girls and I during a really difficult moment.
