JD truly went above and beyond for my family during an extremely stressful situation. Over a holiday weekend when our AC stopped functioning properly and my apartment reached unsafe temperatures with 4 small children in the home, he stepped in purely out of kindness and genuine care. He was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while helping troubleshoot and improve the situation when we genuinely didn’t know what we were going to do. Good people are rare, and JD is absolutely one of them. I cannot thank him enough for the kindness, urgency, and humanity he showed my girls and I during a really difficult moment. For the past seven months, I had been having problems with my stove. Two of my large burners were not working properly. I had two different electricians come out to look at it, but neither of them was able to fix the problem. I found JD online, and he came out, properly diagnosed the issue, and repaired my stove. JD is definitely a lifesaver! My house was 91 degrees and my AC was not working. I also have a two-month-old baby in the house who was crying nonstop because it was so hot.
